What we collect
We collect information you provide when you donate, subscribe, contact us, or express interest in volunteering — such as your name, email, phone number, department of enquiry, and message.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, process and acknowledge donations, keep you updated only where you have opted in, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (for marketing/updates), to take steps at your request or fulfil a request (to answer an enquiry or process a donation), and to comply with legal obligations (such as charity and financial record-keeping).
The contact form
Our contact form is delivered by Formsubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as a processor and forwards your submission to our charity email. Your data may be transmitted through, and stored on, servers outside the UK; we only share what you enter in the form, and we do not use it for any purpose other than responding to you.
Payments
We do not currently take card payments on this website. When online card payments are enabled, they will be processed securely by regulated payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal); we will not store card details on our servers, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us.
